I have struggled with mild teenage acne, then with mild adult acne until the age of 31 when I discovered 3 items. The first item is the LightStim Acne device, which I recommend to anyone with acne. The second item shrunk my pores from pretty large, to incredibly small, 20% Niacinamide by The Inkey List. Then I decided to finally give Skin Discipline a try. I fully EXPECTED it to not work whatsoever. I expected it not to work because I have tried absolutely EVERYTHING you can imagine, even acne treatments of all kinds at professional clinics. I have been on Accutane 3 times in the past.
