In the case of faulty or wrongly described items, you will be eligible to choose between a replacement or refund. Faulty items must be declared within 30 days of purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take you through the process!
Opened or used product?
Unfortunately we do not offer returns or refunds on opened or used products. The only exception is when items are faulty, as above.
