We aim to process all orders within 5 business days of order placement. Shipping can then take 3-5 days in US. During high volume times (like holidays or launches of new products) orders may take longer to process.
Once your order is shipped we will email you with a tracking number.
Any non-faulty ZitSticka item can be refunded so long as it’s returned within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging and accompanying material. Essentially, it must be fit for resale. Shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

In the case of faulty or wrongly described items, you will be eligible to choose between a replacement or refund. Faulty items must be declared within 30 days of purchase. Please email email@example.com and we'll take you through the process!
Opened or used product?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on opened or used products. The only exception is when items are faulty, as above.

HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Access your account at www.zitsticka.com/account. Once there, click the 'Manage your subscription' tab to make edits as you'd like.
IF YOU GAVE US THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT
Email us ASAP (like now) at email@example.com and we will do everything we can to update this for you. As soon as you order, we will send you a confirmation email so please check your details carefully.
If your order has already been shipped then we can’t make any changes to the address or change the course of the parcel. If this does happen, we won’t be able to send you another parcel or make a refund.
