          Love Skin Discipline!

          In 2021 I used skin discipline for 3 months and saw great improvement in my skin, hair, and nails. I have come back to the product again to help control my acne - but found is also helps to alleviate some of my hEDS symptoms as the ingredients are also good for connective tissue! I enjoy the minty flavor that hides the fish oil smell/taste. One of my favorite parts of my morning routine!
