Skin Discipline

I started using Skin Discipline a few years ago and added Blur Potion when it came out. I have tried all kinds of treatments for my hormonal acne, which flared up when I was 37/38 years old & was as bad/worse than when I was a teenager. I tried topicals, supplements, facial acupuncture….everything. It was a really stressful time for me because nothing worked. This combination has worked for me for the last few years, my skin is clear and I literally only have occasional breakouts now. I would highly recommend giving these products a try & be patient…they work!!!

Changed my skin!

I am so so grateful for this product. I used to get huge inflamed pimples on my chin weekly and this has cut down on the frequency and severity of my acne drastically. Of course I still get a zit here and there but they are much less noticeable and heal much quicker. It did take me about 3 bottles to see results but I couldn’t be happier with the results I got!! Can’t live without this.

Has really worked for my skin!

Once I reached my late 30s, I all of a sudden had issues with adult acne, especially during covid when I was wearing a mask. As soon as I started using Skin Discipline, I started seeing a difference. I also had a great skincare routine, so I know that it wasn't the skin discipline alone that helped, but it definitely contributed to my skin healing.

Easy and Effective Supplement for Acne Skin!!

A staple in my routine

I have been taking this supplement since 2020 so obviously I’m a fan. It has made a huge difference in my inflammatory and cystic acne and I highly recommend it. It does take a few months to work, I saw some result after 1-2 months but maximum effect took more like 6 months and since then I take it to maintain the results.
