Despite this being pricey, the quality of the patches always comes through ! Deep under pimples have disappeared after just one application in the vast majority of my experience. The micro-darts on the Killa Acne definitely feel stronger; I don't have enough experience to compare its difference to the OG but they're both similarly reliable. Fortunately, I don't deal with regular breakouts or significant skin issues so these last me long.

The only pimple patches I use

These are super effective when you first feel the bump underneath your skin. For the deep cystic acne, if I wear them non stop, night and day, they are really effective in flattening the bump before it gets worse and goes through the whole cycle of the pimple. For me, it avoids the whole waiting for the bump to form a whitehead which take days and then leaving a scar for weeks after it's gone.
