Great

I've been taking these for a month daily. I feel like they made a big difference with my bloating when my period came, and about a 60% difference with the acne that I usually get before my period starts. One point off for the fact that the gummies are covered in sugar, and the packaging is pretty heavy duty -- would love to see a more eco-friendly container.

Actually works

I honestly wasn't expecting much from this but it's worked really well to fight off my hormonal acne around my period! I used to get a ton of breakout activity around my chin and now I only get one or two spots. The only real complaint I have is that the taste is kind of unpleasant and plant-y, but I eat them with another gummy vitamin and that balances it out!
